Provide and improve the service
Generate AI meeting summaries
Send important service updates

3. AI Processing

Meeting notes are processed by AI to generate summaries. The data sent is anonymous and cannot be traced back to you. Data is transmitted securely and is not used to train AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate Relativa (hosting, AI processing).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and data
Export your data

6. Data Retention

Data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, all data is removed within 30 days.

7. Children

Relativa is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced via the app.
